Some New Hope for Cleveland

It's been a long time since our city was really excited about an all-star player starting his career in Cleveland. I suppose we had a brief flashing moment with Peyton Hillis, but the last time most of us were really excited about a Cleveland rookie was when we drafted... oh... what was his name? He plays in Miami now... Name escapes me. Regardless, now we have Kyrie Irving and while he'll never play the same style of game as our last all-star, he is undeniably on the fast track to success and longevity in the NBA. After watching him play in our upset victory over the world champions tonight, I could only think to describe his ability to cut to the rim by saying, "He treats the defenders in the paint like they're just cones in a layup drill." Good game, Cavs!
